Announcement: Due to the amount of people using stolen credit cards to make purchases, we can no longer offer credit card as a form of payment on our online store. In most cases we bear the burden of these costs and when combined with the high cost of credit card processing fees we have had to make the decision to raise prices or stop using credit cards. We have decided to stop accepting credit cards and are now exclusively using e-Transfers as our preferred method of online payment.

Make your e-Transfer payable to shop@mnm.ca and your order will be sent as soon as we receive the payment. Please add your order number to the message section of the e-Transfer so we can identify your order. We have auto deposit enabled so no security question or password is required.

Hi Frank I work late and can't come during business hours, is there a way to pick up after hours?

Good question Amanda
Yes, but you need to order your items from our online store. Simply specify pick-up as the freight option and you will get an email when your order is ready. We have after hour pickup available Monday-Thursday until 7:00 pm. The items are just inside the clinic door in our contactless pickup section. There are security cameras to assure the safety of our clients and parcels.

Click the " sign in for pricing " link at shop.mnm.ca and make an account. Once signed in the system will show all pricing. I hope that helps...

Hello David,
No need for that, until we receive your e-Transfer you can simply make another order and ignore the first one. The system will close the first order automatically after 48 hours and nothing more needs to be done. Place a new order, send the e-Transfer specifying the new order number and it will be applied correctly. The order number and dollar totals have to match on each e-Transfer so you can be assured payment will be applied to the correct order.

I can't adjust the shipping price, how much do I have to order to get free shipping?

The shipping is a flat $9.95 charge for any size order, anywhere in Canada. It costs easily twice that to ship a parcel so we subsidize each order and this is why we have the $50 minimum order value. With free shipping clients tend to place multiple small orders and the shipping costs would force us to increase pricing. By having a nominal shipping charge clients tend to combine orders and that keeps shipping costs down which allows us to sell at cheaper prices. If you compare our prices to most online stores you will see we are quite aggressively priced.

Jason When you enter your address on your order you'll see an "add comment" right beside your street name. You can specify drop off there but keep in mind we have insurance on our parcels to assure they reach you in a secured manner. Specifying safe drop means there is no insurance if somebody steals your parcel. You have to be absolutely certain that your location is safe because if we get a notification that Canada Post has delivered your parcel our responsibility ends. Hi Edward,
I'm sorry to say we are not licensed to ship outside of Canada. Our supplements are professional strength and the logistics of getting them across the border would make us noncompetitive in price, so unfortunately we do not ship outside of Canadian provinces.
