Click the sign in for pricing link at the bottom of the page at www.shop.mnm.ca and make an account. Once signed in the system will show all pricing. I hope that helps...

I can't adjust the shipping price, how much do I have to order to get free shipping?

Hello Samantha
The shipping is a flat $9.95 charge for any size order, anywhere in Canada. It costs easily twice that to ship a parcel so we subsidize each order and this is why we have the $50 minimum order value. With free shipping clients tend to place multiple small orders and the shipping costs would force us to increase pricing. By having a nominal shipping charge clients tend to combine orders and that keeps shipping costs down which allows us to sell at cheaper prices. If you compare our prices to most online stores you will see we are quite aggressively priced.

I work late and can't come during business hours, is there a way to pick up after hours?

Good question Amanda
Yes, but you need to order your items from our online store. Simply specify pick-up as the freight option and you will get an email when your order is ready. If you want to pick up after hours simply respond to that email and specify your time and date. We have after hour pickup available Monday-Friday until 7:30 pm. Additionally we often work late and even though we officially close at 5pm we are often in the office until 6pm and will not turn down a client that drops in.

Hello David,
No need for that, until you receive an email saying your order is shipped you can simply place a second order and we will automatically combine them if they have the same address. Don't worry, we will only bill shipping once and will automatically adjust that as well. We don't bill your credit card until your order ships so you never have to worry about credits or debits.

I'm not home and need my package dropped at the side door, how do I specify this on your shopping site?

Jason When you enter your address on your order you'll see an "add comment" right beside your street name. You can specify drop off there but keep in mind we have insurance on our parcels to assure they reach you in a secured manner. Specifying safe drop means there is no insurance if somebody steals your parcel. You have to be absolutely certain that your location is safe because if we get a notification that Canada Post has delivered your parcel our responsibility ends.
